It will work with LS thermostat housings that face towards the side of the vehicle (Gen 3 truck water pump) and requires the end user to cut the hoses to the desired lengths and insert the included coupling. The lower radiator fitting MUST BE 1-3/4" in diameter. The following items are included: 1. Gates 1-3/4" to 1-1/2" 90 Degree Radiator Hose2. Gates 1-1/2" to 1-1/2" 90 Degree Radiator Hose 3. ICT Billet 1-1/2" coupling Notes: Lower radiator fitting must be 1-3/4"Ensure the water pump inlet fitting and the radiator outlet fitting are no more than 9-1/2" apart Modifications will be required
