Description: This Oak Acorn Universal has been completely restored. I did not polish or paint the vending door or the handle as I want the machine to still show signs of age. There are imperfections in the body but no chips, cracks or breaks. The lid says. Universal Vending Of St. Louis MO. Almond-Ette. A tough to find lid. The 3 viewing windows are "glass" and original. Apparently the vendor applied a Northwestern 60 five cent decal. Not uncommon for a vendor to do this as they didn't care which decals shows the coin needed. A bit unique so I decided to not remove it and the decal is on the inside of the glass. I have set the machine to "free play" but it will work on a nickel too. The coin mechanism has many brass parts which the Oak Company eventually did away with since they lasted a long time thus costing the company money on replacement parts. Machine has new rubber feet to protect the display surface. Any questions, just ask. If buyer wants an adult signature required for delivery, please let me know when making purchase and I will add at my expense. I only ship to the lower 48 and internationally through the global shipping program. Pictures are the best description so look very closely. No returns or refunds.
