Description: United HO Denver & Salt Lake RR 2-6-6-0 Mallet Articulated Steam Locomotive in brass. Very nicely custom painted. Manufactured in Japan. Locomotive is DC only and runs well (see video) but is noisy - likely needs lubrication. In original box with original packing material. Box shows some shelf wear. Manufacturing lot number (??) of 9254 stamped on bottom of box. You are buying this locomotive as is. Only buy if you know how to work on it to get it to run perfectly or if you want to display it. These older DC units are however fairly simple to work on with a lot of space under the body shell. Great opportunity to have a beautiful model at a reasonable price.
