Description: The Dragonfly is a popular backpack from Ultralight Adventure ULA Equipment. It is made of ULA ROBIC 400, which is used in the company's CDT and other products, and is now available in new colors with Ultra Stretch for increased elasticity, water resistance, and strength. In Japan, "PACKRAT" is more popular among ULA's day & travel category backpacks, but in the home country, "Dragonfly" is by far the most popular backpack, and it continues to sell out soon after it arrives. I use both PACKRAT and DRAGONFLY for daily use, but DRAGONFLY is by far the easiest to use. At first glance, the front loading style like a duffel bag with its large U-shaped front opening is easy to take out and highly visible, which makes it "easy to use," but there is more to it than that. When you actually use it, you will not think of taking any other backpack with you, especially when traveling, because of its thoughtful specifications in every detail. The U-shaped front loading style provides excellent visibility of the main compartment and quick access to your belongings. (Image 5) The top pocket is separate from the main compartment and can be used to store keys, wallets, and other items that are often taken in and out while carrying one strap on your back. (With a carabiner for attaching keys / Image 8) The front pocket can also be used to store items you want to take in and out while on the move. The stretch material keeps things inside from falling out, and it looks neat and tidy when not in use. (Image 3) The front cord is convenient for storing outerwear, such as down jackets, or items purchased at a kiosk or convenience store that you want to take out immediately after sitting down on the train. The two mesh pockets on the back side of the front panel are ideal for daily necessities (contacts, toothbrush, slippers, etc.) that you might use at your accommodation. (Image 6) The back of the bag has a PC pocket that can accommodate up to a 15" PC, and thanks to the cushioning of the back pad, the PC can be carried safely. The backpack is so clever that it is impossible to write about all the other features. It is also worth mentioning that although it is heavier than the Pack Rat, it can be used for both day and overnight UL hikes.
