I find it difficult to pass up pieces of squished rusty metal and bits of broken glass. I see "things" in the metal, objects waiting to express themselves into art. I can't resist arranging, and painting the metal. I have been told that there is no vaccine or cure for this malady except to go into my studio and make art!The first thing I do is clean the metal and clear it with Rustoleum. This keeps the rust from bleeding through over time. I use E6000 for my affixing agent and sometimes super glue. I have been making and selling art for many years. For my leather work I go by the name LIZZY BEAR. For my assemblage art and jewelry I go by the name WILD M.Enjoy!
