Description: Offered for sale are two marked Whitney Glass Works liquor bottles. One is an 11½-inch-tall cylinder and the other is a 6 ¼-inch tall oval flask. Both have been tumbled. The cylinder has a nice amber color, a tapered color applied top, and a base marked with “Whitney Glass Works.” The flask is dark amber with a double-collar applied top, orange-peel whittling, and a base marked with “Whitney Glass Works.” Neither bottle has any chips, cracks, or bruises. The Cylinder has a few light scratches, and the flask has a scuff mark near one shoulder which can be seen in photo #5, to the left of the glare spot. Both bottles are clean, and while the embossing on the base of the cylinder is a little on the light side, the embossing on the flask is the strongest I have ever seen.
