Description: This Tudor Air Lion wristwatch is a vintage timepiece from the 1950s. It is reference 7958 and has all original parts. It has a beautiful white dial showing light patina with gold arrow markers and sub-seconds with original Dauphine hands. The case shows some wear on the back (specifically under the crown) but was recently replated in 24k gold. Both the case-back and the screw down crown are branded Rolex. The movement is a manual wind Tudor cal. 1260 with 17 jewels. It was recently serviced. As I’m listing this my timegrapher reads it at +/- 1.5 seconds per day. Water resistance is not guaranteed though it was designed with both water resistance and shock resistance qualities.
