Description: You will receive the Disney Dept 56 Mickey's Merry Christmas Village " Tree House Stayover " figurine in the photos. It was purchased... opened ...looked at but never taken out of the styrofoam for display. It still has the original plastic bag on it. The box shows signs of wear from being moved around the house. The top corners show some wear. They were stored in a plastic tote. I took lots of pictures to show the condition. If you need more photos please contact me.
