Description: This is a vintage TOMY Sea Patrol plastic toy boat that does not work. Actually, the wind up mechanism works but it is missing the propeller. It is dated 1978 on the bottom. The blue and white boat is battery operated but does not work and the contacts have corrosion. It is about 7 inches long and has numerous decals on it including H2O Skimmer, Peabody's Down Under, XTC Racing, State of California, and others. It looks like it may be missing a rudder.
