Does have a name on the inside, not seen. Size 18-24 months Some of my costumes are refurbished and some are new. This costume is all new materials except the skirt, which has been refurbished and is freshly washed. Straps are stretch and pinned in the back. You may either pin to fit, stitch down to fit. The skirt is pinned at the hips underneath and can be repinned to adjust. The pink sequin band is for a collar and you can cut to fit and pin in place. The puffs go at the wrist and ankles (use the larger one for the ankle (pins provided for adjustment). The leotard has a snap crotch and the headpiece (ears) has an elastic band to go under chin. Bobbie pins are also provided should the headpiece need extra security and there is enough hair to provide it (the chin strap can be pinned to alter if necessary).
