Description: 8-24-24 Revised pricing strategy. Considering I no longer have a store (cannot do mark-downs) I have to embed this into listing. Setting a price that is more realistic and palatable is my primary goal. Thus I subtracted 150.00 and adjusted offer settings. They would sell (eventually) to the right person at the right time, but I don't want to sit on them. I shall continue to spend time doing these projects because I enjoy it! AND THEY ARE STILL GORGEOUS! 7-24-24 NOTE: these are 431 stainless steel which, in and of itself, have anti- corrosive properties. These do not require any maintenance, unless you store them out in the elements. I had a lot of fun doing these and hope they go to someone who likes older Titleist clubs. My work is good (not perfect) but good enough to warrant a respectable listing price. Please examine each image, (They may have notes within and they have different light sources) Also, please read the entire listing.I do not use templates and each listing is unique. TITLEIST DCI 990 3-PW Men’s, right-handedTrue Temper Dynamic Gold R300Regular Flex As an amateur with 30+ years of experience, it is impossible to assess real vs. perceived added value (my work) as this took me 3 months. -------------------------------------------------------------- My spiel (when (and where) applicable):🙂 I understand that MANY sellers will pull heads (easy), send them out to company (costly), reshaft (sometimes costly), add a decorative ferrule (inexpensive and easy) then regrip (unwise (unless you go really inexpensive because grip size IS PARAMOUNT and varies)). I know how “refinishing” companies work, pricing, services offered, but they are companies with CNC milling machines, media blasters, employees, paint booths, cerakote, electroplating baths…I could go on. I am one guy. I work alone. I do everything by hand (except the final polish).-------------------------------------------------------------- When undertaking a project, I start with “worthy” faces. If they are thin then I stop there. If they are “playable” (which these are) I examine shafts. If they do not pass muster then I pull heads. These shafts are in good condition and have proper labels. Finally, if I have something to work with then I proceed to grips. If they are playable, I leave them. If not I pull them. Renewing the entire head was my main focus. My work is very good. I sold a set of DCI 962 in early Spring and while this model is easier in many ways, you have all knurled hosels and one stamped serial number that if you screw-up you cannot recover. Hand turned all ferrules. (What you may see in pics 1-4 inches up from the hosel is rotational friction wear from being in a club maker's vise for what seemed like an eternity).
