Description: Offered here is a vintage classic Children's Nickel Magazine: "Tip Top Weekly No. 462", Frank Merriwell At Carson's Ranch Or, The King Of The Cattle Thieves", February 18, 1905, approx. 10 7/8" X 8 3/8", Published by Street & Smith, New York. Issued weekly. In Over-all good condition, spine is split and ONLY attached at the top staple - be careful IF you open this one, damp stain top left - goes through the pages very lightly, light internal oxidation - VERY THIN paper. Came from the original family - purchased from a gentlemen whose great grandfather owned these originally. MANY of these early one have issues with the left side corners. I really believed they were clipped back in the day - maybe remainder stock?? Strange that the same exact corners on each one seem clipped.
