Description: REPRODUCTION LYNXO LIGHT SHIELDNEW VERSION!!! Now it's time for Lynx-o to get into the action! This is the brand new version of the hand crafted shield. It is hand cut and molded from the highst quality Premo! brand polymer clay, which is silver but also has the front surface painted silver to give it that extra shine. The red front design is also hand made from red polymer clay with a special glass bead circular center. The back has a snap on half ring shape that was molded from silver polymer clay for easy attachment to your figure. The process for making this special clay light shield is a three bake process where I bake the base then add the backing half ring shape and bake again and then finally the red front design and then a final bake. Then I carefully have to bend the clay over a metal half sphere to give it that curved look of the original. So this is a labor intensive process to be sure but well worth it when you see the end result on the figure! This shield matches the original in size with a glorious silver sheen and deep red light power source design in the middle.This is an exciting addition to my work and I am very proud to have created a version that I can hopefully make many of.
