Details: 2 separate pages. Each page measures approx. 8" x 10½" (16" x 10½" total). Excellent condition, very minor wear - see scans. Dark border is scanner background, not part of ad. No ebay watermark on actual ad. Reverse/back side will generally have ads, photos, articles, etc. Shipped protected with sturdy cardboard.
