PRODUCED CIRCA 1880, THIS EARLY AMERICAN PATTERN GLASS (EAPG) PATTERN IS CALLED “TREE OF LIFE”. THE CLEAR GLASS, SCALLOPED BOWL RESEMBLES BRANCHES OF A TREE IN BLOOM. THE BOWL IS HELD BY A FROSTED PEDISTOL DEPICTING A GRACEFUL WOMAN’S HAND WHICH IS MOLDED TO A FROSTED BASE. ESTATE FRESH, USED CONDITION. THERE ARE SMALL CHIPS AS PICTURED IN THE SCALLOPED EDGE. MEASURING 8 3/8" IN HEIGHT AND THE BOWL MEASURES 8" IN DIAMETER, WITH THE BASE MEASURING 5 1/4" IN DIAMETER.
