Sleeve has some creases around spines, tiny scuffs on corners, aging, writings on back side, small tape peeling mark on top right side, slight wears over all and around 5cm tear on center of top. G+ Record has some very minor slight spindle marks and a few very minor slight hair lines, otherwise excellent condition.
