The Old Testament Story, Glenn McRae, vintage Bible study book (1933)

Description: This is an original 1933 paper-cover printing of "The Old Testament Story," written by Glenn McRae and published by Bethany Press. Containing 95 pages and measuring 4 1/4" wide and 6 1/2" high, the small volume is nevertheless loaded with easy-to-understand outlines of the content of The Old Testament, with many scripture references, making it ideal for Bible study, particularly for a person who is new to the faith. Overall, the copy being offered is in fair vintage condition with some flaws. As you'll see in my first three photos, the covers have noticeable wear, mostly along the edges, and particularly along the spine. The pages have darkened a little with age but remain clean, crisp, unmarked, and well-bound, although the binding does have a few weak spots inside the front and back covers and in a few other places. Finally, the front cover and the sheets containing the first 16 pages have a light vertical crease about 1/4" from the binding.
