We do our best keep this from happening. On used discs we may add tape to help secure discs in place. We package our items very well and rarely receive complaints about packaging. All used videos are cleaned and sanitized before shipping. We do not buff scratched discs. If a video has deep scratches, they are discarded.Some new VHS and DVD may have Barcodes scratched off, marked or covered. This does not affect the movie. It`s just a process that some retailers do when adding their own barcodes. If by chance you receive a defective or broken product, please allow us 48 hrs. to respond to your complaint.Return Policy: You have 7 days to submit a return request for any defective or damaged product.
