The Lost Kivas of San Lazaro written by Ric Hajovsky is rare and difficult to find copies. This was also a gift from Forrest Fenn, unread and perhaps thumbed through once. Forrest Fenn's treasure hunt was of international interest, and was recently solved. He purchased the Indian ruins at San Lazaro Pueblo in Cerrillos, the only privately owned Indian ruins in New Mexico and excavated for many months. Many of the finds are illustrated in the books he published.
