The hardcover shows minor wear at the top and bottom of spine and bottom corners from shelving and marks from removal of library shelf label, otherwise intact. There is some soiling of page edges with a one inch ink mark as shown in photos. Pages 230, 231, and 232 have some tape(?) stains. Slight musty smell. Excellent condition for its age of almost 100 years!
