The film was directed by Howard Higgin with a screenplay by Paul Bern. The front panel is an excellent painting of Ben Lyon and Aileen Pringle in a vintage aircraft. The Great Deception is currently a lost film in that it no longer exists in any studio archive, private collection, or public archive.
