Description: This listing has. 1937 copyright but no indication if it’s a 1st Edition. I have seen dust covers with different back covers than this one. The dust over does have some wear and tear but the book itself appears to be in good condition. The book came from an estate where the owners typically marked their books as to when they got them or they were marked by the person(s) who gifted them the book. I have been told the inscription is in Spanish (I don’t know Spanish), and it’s clearly dated 1959. I am also including a newspaper clipping I found in the pages of the book from The Birmingham News (Dec 6, 1964). It’s a book review for the author’s then new novel - A Song of Sixpence. The book was stored in a bookcase, away from direct sunlight and in a climate- controlled, smoke free home.
