Great for rock and blues.This harness is a full replacement for any Gibson or Epiphone ES175, ES295 and other full holly body guitar styles with longer switch wire run in upper or lower body next to neck. Must not have any wood bracing between the two f holes that will obstruct the 3 way switch from being fed through. Check layout measurements below. Other similar models are ES275, ES350T, ES125TD, Epi Broadway. Be sure and compare component distance measurements and f hole size to compare to your guitar. Our kits work I personally prefer Bourns potentiometers over all other brands including CTS. I have found them to be smoother, responsive and longer lasting. The very best taper available. These pots are 18 teeth coarse spline shaft so USA type knobs will not fit without first pinching the top of the split shaft together a little and slowly push the knob on. Epiphone and off shore type will fit fine. We do offer a line of knobs that fit. Need New Knobs? Click Visit Store Icon > Knobs If you have an imported / outside of USA manufactured guitar you may need to modify the potentiometer holes to 3/8 inch to accommodate the full size Bourns pots. Although these harnesses are pre-assembled and tested they do require some soldering to connect the pickups and the output jack. A 25 – 40 watt soldering iron is recommended.
