There are 234 pages filled with delicious recipes such as Lamb Chops a La Hasapika (Paidakia Hasapika), Meat with Quince (Kreas me Kydonia), Greek Hot Potato Salad (Zesti Potatosalata), Halvah, and Caramel Custard (Krema Karamela). This cookbook would make an excellent addition to your collection. Due to the large number of requests, I am no longer able to research specific contributors or recipes. I appreciate that buyers would like to buy for the best price possible, but half-price offers are never considered or acknowledged. Thanks for understanding. Ebay automatically adds sales tax when they deem it is appropriate -- I have no control over it. I try very hard to please all of my buyers. Please understand that delivery times and the cost of shipping are beyond my control. These are controlled entirely by the Post Office, UPS, and FedEx.
