Description: Tannoy V8 passive speakers were active, converted to passive, great monitors, very flat, smooth sound, i just prefer the slam and sizzle of my 15" 400 watt jbl's. i powered these with a 200 watt ashly, but clearly, they are only 8" 2 way, i am learning more and more, with speakers, size matters a lot. i had the 15" version of these and regret having sold them, among the best sounding speakers i ever had, but the 8" version, does fine for an 8, but no comparison to a 15" version. the amps ion these went out, so they were converted to passive, and probably sound better that way anyway, a 200 watt ashly studio amp is better than almost any plate amp in speakers like this. they are fully functional, ready to use, tested good working order good condition see pics will be well packed and insured. shipping to the 48 states, or through the ebay global shipping program, if you want to use the global shipping program, message me and i can optimize the listing for better shipping rates for you.
