Artists hand-sign on promotional CDs as a bulk and distribute them to staffs in TV/radio stations, etc for promotional purpose when they release a new song. I know some of those staffs and also people working at management companies from whom I obtain all the signed promo albums. 3. I only sell what I judge as genuine autographs after my close observation. Sometimes, artists make their managers sign on promo CDs. When it comes to this, it's no longer a matter of how reliable my sources are. It happens randomly and unofficially, therefore, the only way to avoid the manager-signed albums is through research and observation. I try my best in comparing the autographs with the ones officially revealed in public events, and list them on my store only if I'm self-assured with the authenticity. However, this process can never be perfect. I strongly suggest you to do some research on your end and make your own decision before purchase.
