Description: New Bulbs - I purchased the last of these bulbs that Sylvania had. Bulbs were not packaged in blister cards like picture shows. They were received in bulk in plastic trays. I have poly bagged each individual bulb for protection. Bulb has 1 Contact and 1 Filament You will receive 1 Pair(2 Bulbs) Return Policy: Electrical Items including Bulbs can not be returned or refunded if packaging is opened or bulbs have signs of being used or installed. If an Electrical Item is "Dead on Arrival" you must contact the manufacturer for a replacement Total refund amount will be determined on a case by case basis. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Restocking fee will be determined on a case by case basis depending upon the condition of the item once returned.
