It is hand soldered together and the bottom of the handle is loose.Plunger is 14-1/4 inches tall and cylinder is 10-3/4 inches tall, The end of the plunger is tin and wood. All in good condition with some rust and unsolder part of the handle. Looks circa 1870;s or so. Shipping is for 1 lb. from 89012 NV in the USA.
