To turn on light fully just twist the tailcap to lockout. This is NOT a clicky style tailcap. Condition: Light is in used condition with average to moderate field wear, so it will have cosmetic scuffs, small nicks, scratches etc Might have some bubbling on the plastic bezel lens. Will be in godd working order. I would rate a 5.5 out of 10 on cosmetic condition.
