Description: SUNTOUCH MODEL 500600-120 PROGRAMMABLE FLOORSTAT THERMOSTAT This thermostat is used. I just removed this from my home during a bathroom renovation. It is designed to handle up to 2000 watts maximum of electric floor heating mat under your tile job for a warm floor. It is in excellent working condition, with no issues. You will receive only what is shown in the photos. It has been painted to match the room where it was installed, but you could easily re-paint it to match yours. I will include an operating and installation sheet that may help with the install. This will need to be wired into a GFCI circuit for safety as per the manufacturers instructions. Please examine all of the photos carefully to help you with your decision. I pack everything I sell very carefully so that it will arrive at your location unharmed. I do offer combined shipping.
