Center label is black with white letters (A Side), and a black & white Sun Ra label with star on forehead (B Side). Outer sleeve/cover has slight wear along the edges but overall presents very well. White/black cover, "300 West 55 St" on cover. "Tim Larsen" written on the inside opening of the cover in pen, not visible from exterior. All vinyls are shipped in sturdy cardboard record mailers with cardboard inserts and plastic covers, packed carefully.
