The check valve can be placed in between the filter mesh and the barb fitting. If you want to add the check valve, please first select the barb diameter from the listing options, then select the check valve, and then add ALL of items to your shopping cart before checking out. Optional Check Valve A: a heavy brass housing with seal. Valve's opening pressure is 0.1MPa (or 14PSI). Optional Check Valve B: a lighter brass housing coated with Nickel with plastic seal. Please check out the listing picture for barb measurements. All measurements are in milimeters (mm) at the indicated position (allow some +/- measurement error). All inch conversions are approximate to its close fraction number.
