You will have two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other two double beds. There are separate living, dining and kitchen areas. Your unit will also have an attached mini suite consisting of a mini kitchen and a queen sleeper sofa. If the privacy door is closed, this room could be used as a third bedroom. The third bedroom is actually mini suite with a mini kitchen and a sleeper sofa, no bed. Because there is no actual bed in the third bedroom, I believe the Three Bedroom Villa is better described as a two bedroom lock-off condo with a separate mini suite. This is my personal reservation. Once payment is made, I will transfer my reservation to your name. Please include the name and address that will be on the guest confirmation letter. That name and address must match a photo ID and credit card to be shown during check in. A guest confirmation letter will be emailed to you. When you check in at the reservation desk you will need to show your guest reservation. You must be at least 21 years old and you will need to provide a photo ID and a credit card to be put on file. A refundable $200 security deposit may be required. There are no additional fees. You may be invited to attend an information / sales presentation but you are under NO obligation to attend.Full payment to eBay is due at the time of purchase. It will take eBay approximately 3 to 5 days to process payment. Once l am notified that the payment has been processed, I will transfer the reservation to your name. The unit was in a great location, clean, newly renovated, had everything we needed, and the management was great with Hurricane communication. We felt safe inside and the parking lot had many drainage pipes in the parking lot to help ensure no flooding. Would definitely buy from Don again and look forward to another stay at Star Island."
