Description: Here we have a railroad lantern with top of hood marked: Handlan St. Louis USA and brim of hood marked: B&O RR and the glass globe is etched B&O RR. This lantern is all original and shows wear to silver paint from age, but the rest of lantern has no damage. Glass globe is clean with no damage and has good wick and handle for wick turns freely. Nice original example of this lantern. Very bottom of lantern is also marked Handlan St. Louis USA and patent dates.
