How long does it take to receive my item?Once payment has been received orders are usually made within 1-2 days depending on type purchased. How do I let you know what wording I would like on my sign?Simply email us with the wording you would like and what abbreviation you would like to use. For example St, Rd, Drive, Lane etc.3. How many letters can I fit on my sign?About 15 letters is a good maximum. But you can have as many letters as you like, the more you have the smaller they are though. I can also put the wording on two lines if you prefer.4. What's the condition of the products?All the products are in Brand New and custom made to order.5. What if I want something not available in your store?We have 100?s of styles available, not all are always listed. If there is something specific you are after please email us and we will be able to help you out. The sign material itself is aluminum, so you can expect to get at least 5-10 years in outdoor conditions and many many more if used indoors.7. How do I track my order? Once your item has been sent there will be a tracking number in your order. If you would like registered post or express post please choose this when you checkout.8. What do I do if my sign does not arrive?If your parcel has not arrived and you have waited 7-10days from your postage notification please contact us immediately so we can look into it.Another alternative you could try is go to your local post office (the one you would normally collect parcels from) and ask them if they have any undelivered mail for you there.
