It does not contain a 3/8 npt thread thermoswitch or on/off switch to turn fans on. Use in conjunction with PN# 185FH or PN# 195FH when using dual fans or when using A/C without a trinary switch. This part is legal for sale or use on Emissions Controlled Vehicles, Uncontrolled (Non-Emissions Controlled) Vehicles, and Racing Use Only Vehicles because it does not affect vehicle emissions and is not covered by emissions regulations.
