Some boxes may show signs of wear as they were in a storage container. All but one box were sealed until I opened them to photograph parts. The box includes: - tracks with chain -brackets -controller box -supports -couplers -photo eyes - wired wall station - wireless remote control -bell wire -hardware bag -J bar These kits are from Propel and were packaged for sliding barn doors. However, you can also use them for roll-up garage doors. I installed two of them on my 7' garage doors, as seen in the pictures. They work great and are pretty quiet. I do have a digital installation file for roll-up garage doors if you need it.
