Description: Solid Sterling Silver 1" Cross Pendant Necklace 18" Chain With Quartz Gemstone, 925 by Marvel Details: Genuine Marvel Jewelry Mfg. Co cross pendant in excellent bright condition on 18" chain, all in solid sterling silver. The cross has 1 small natural clear quartz rhinestone, facet cut at its center. The cross is signed "Sterling ". The chain, not original to the cross, is marked "925 India" on its makers tag link. The prong mounted stone tests as a natural quartz gemstone on a Presidium gem tester. Cross made in Providence Rhode Island United States, chain made in India. Comes in a nice paperboard gift box with a square of protective jewelry padding. The item is enclosed in a plastic bag with a black tarnish prevention strip. Storing jewelry with silver content in a bag like this keeps moisture off the piece and should minimize silver oxidation & provide a longer time before polishing is needed to keep it bright.
