Description: A lightly used, handmade, cotton dress for 19th century theater or reenactment. Small orange/yellow print. Trimmed with white nylon lace on large round collar and sleeve hems. Fully gathered skirt Back center zipper. Bodice unlined. Dress was made for a small adult who was portraying a young lady in the Civil War era. Dress was intended to hit just below the knee. There is enough fabric in the horizontal pleats and in the hem, to add 12 inches to the length. Dress flat measures 16.5 inches at full bust; 14 at waist; 14.5 shoulder to shoulder; 19 inch sleeves; 17 nape to waist and 23.5 waist to hem. Best fit a 30-31 inch full bust.
