The one piece base is roto-molded of Linear Medium Density Polyethylene (LMDPE) while the hard front and rear doors and lid are Injection molded of Rubber Modified Styrene (RMS). The back lid provides maximum access to the rack gear. Two TSA locking SKB patented trigger latches secure the lid while the flat hard top allows for stacking while in transport and storage. The 1SKB-AV8 (sold seperately) is a retractable laptop or equipment shelf which can be used in conjunction with the 1SK-BR106 equipment rack case. If you are a digital dj this item is a must have to be used with your rack.
