This is the first-hand oral stories of the men in the sea and of those who rescued them. It includes their stories, illustrations, and the words of those who were there. It also includes a brief history of the tour of the USS Bassett, APD73, and an insight to the life of sailors in this tragedy. Very nice for the age. Some discoloration around cloth cover edges.
