[Signed by artist, 1975 First Edition] Pennsylvania … a commemorative portrait

Please see the photos. Signed by the artist Nick T. Ruggieri, this vintage 1975 hardcover book (with dust jacket included) has many illustrations which are color prints of beautiful paintings by Ruggieri from places in Pennsylvania which look to be watercolor. I think this book is in really good condition, and, as shown in the photos its dust jacket has some typical light-to-moderate wear-and-tear (mostly along the edges, and one of such spots has been tapes by transparent tape). Binding in great condition, still very much strong and very much intact, seems no damage at all. Pages look crisp, with little or no tanning with age, and the few pages inside the front/back covers have some typical and fairly small light-brown stain spots with age. There seem to be no markings/writings/underlining/etc. by previous reader except an inscription on one of the first pages as typical. Only when I put my face into it I detect a fairly faint must smell.
