Description: For your consideration is an assembled building Flat Module of the Florida Citrus Exchange from Sidetrack Laser in HO Gauge. This module is a one off, no kits were ever designed as a Building Flat in this configuration. This flat/module was an advertising item showing an option for the full kit that is no longer available. The flat is mounted on a piece of Gator Board that measures approx. 1 13\16" x 6 1\16". The Gator Board is approx. the thickness of any road bed material you're using. It should be easy to scenic into your layout. A couple of suggestions since this was not shown as a regular stocking kit.1. There is no styrene behind the windows showing window glass. It's very easy to cut and glue some styrene on the back side to demonstrate window glass.2. No scenic work was done to the front. You can achieve a good look to this module by adding some scenery to depict an active business. The flat is glued down to the Gator Board. It's not recommended you try to remove it. If you do, damage is the likely result. If you damage it; I won't refund it, replace it or repair it.... No exceptions. Look at the pictures, they are part of the description.
