There are examples of three different shapes that were used by Shelley for their usual table ware. The trays in the group have important landmarks. The trays were sold as souvenirs to visitors to these sites. The set includes Pylon Lookout Sydney Harbour Bridge, Roman Catholic Orphanage Armidale New South Wales and Tower of Empire Glasgow Exhibition. The decoration is transfer and colorful on the Australia pieces. The edges are gilded. The condition of the trays is essentially pristine. There are no chips, cracks, scratches, wear nor other types of damage. They were never used for food service purposes. The size of the trays is about 5".
