Description: This is a set of seven art deco-style drawer handles made of brass and bakelite. I would guess they’re from the 1930s or somewhere around there. Each handle consists of a curved brass base and a bakelite piece that fits onto it. As you can see from the pictures, some of the handles are already put together and the remainder just need to have the bakelite pieces gently put in place. A full original set of attachment hardware is included (14 screws and 14 small brass “caps” - I’m not exactly sure how these latter are supposed to be used, it may depend on the specific piece of furniture you are attaching these to). The handles are in very good condition overall. One has a small chip in the bakelite at one end (see photo) and on close examination one other shows signs of having a similar chip glued back on in the past. The overall length of each handle is just about 4 inches and the mounting holes are spaced 2 inches apart. (Note that the photos make it seem like the distance between the mounting holes is slightly more than 2 inches, but this is a trick of the angle of the photo - they are in fact 2 inches apart, center to center.) Please check my listings for other Art Deco furniture hardware that I have for sale. I’m always happy to combine shipping.
