The mugs are each hand painted in different patterns featuring floral, pinwheel, mandala and botanical designs. They have a slight texture to them because of the hand painting. They are each 4.25 inches tall and 3.5 inches in diameter. They taper from the rim to the base. They can hold about 12 ounces of beverage. These mugs are in EXCELLENT CONDITION! There are no chips, cracks, scratches or discoloration. There is no staining at all. I don't think they've ever been used.
