Description: Seiko 7A38A Watch Quartz Technical Guide From 1984 7 Page Very Rare & Collectable.As you can see hole punch to the guide and ageing to the edges and a few marks hear and there on the back page it says Hattori seiko co.ltd ,japan 84-3 printed in japan not sure if that means it was printed in march 1984 whatever its from 1984 . As far as i know these did not get sent out to the public but for seiko shops maybe or repair centers i am 100% sure but i not seen any for this model come for sale but i dare say the seiko 7a38a forum guys will know much more than me and put me right in some way anyway i am guessing price wise as i not seen this Technical Guide come for sale i looked on line as well not joy . So going to start at what i think it could be worth to someone if i am way i have best offer or if you know what they sold for in the last few years let me know .
