Secret Origins Super Villains C-39 1st New Black Adam Art Pre SHAZAM 28 VF/NM

Description: This treasury-sized issue is from November 1975 and features the 1st modern era artwork with Black Adam in the Villains pin-up page (see scan). SHAZAM! #28 didn't come out until April 1977, so this is nearly a year and a half before Black Adam was brought into the DC Universe. His only appearance was in Marvel Family #1 in 1945 when he returned to Earth and died at the end of the story (this is reprinted in SHAZAM! #8 and a panel is reprinted in SHAZAM! #17, but this pin-up page is new art). This issue is graded in VF+ as there is a date-stamp on the front cover and a smaller one written near the spine on the back cover, but still in really nice shape.
