Description: This is a great album! It is a Scott Part II binder in very nice condition, and inside are album pages for Belgium from 1850 to 2005. (There are Belarus pages too.) This album includes back of the book like postage due, parcel post, semi-postal, and German occupation. Best of all, there are about 240 or so great stamps, neatly mounted, mostly parcel post but also occupation and postage due. See the scans to see what great stamps these are!
