I buy bubble mailers....not the cheap ones, but quality envelopes that protect against rough handling by the USPS and most often gets your book to you in the same condition as it was when I shipped it out. I most often offer at least two shipping options....one that is fast and a bit more expensive and one that is slower and "cheap." Since I primarily sell books this is usually media mail. Media mail by USPS definition, on average takes 3 - 9 business days. If it is a busy time of year, a big box or a destination that is further than most, it can often take longer than that. I ship out within 24 hours of payment (or the next business day if it is a holiday or weekend). I often go to the PO twice a day. That is all that I can do to help insure timely delivery for you.
